About the Role
Wayside Garage is growing, and we’re adding a key support role to help keep our shop running smoothly.
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded person who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, and being a positive presence for both customers and teammates.
You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Helps the day flow better.
- Keeps cars and parts moving.
- Supports technicians and service advisors.
- Makes customers feel cared for.

What You’ll Do:
Customer & Shuttle Support:
- Greet customers warmly and represent Wayside Garage with professionalism and positivity.
- Safely drive the customer shuttle.
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery (concierge service).
- Help stage vehicles for customer pick-up.
Shop & Vehicle Support:
- Move, park, and stage vehicles for technicians.
- Help clear bays and keep work flowing efficiently.
- Perform light vehicle presentation checks (interior, windshield, overall readiness).
- Assist with shop cleanliness and organization.
Parts & Organization Support:
- Receive, label, organize, and put away parts.
- Keep the parts area clean and orderly.
- Communicate missing, damaged, or incorrect parts to leadership.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform propane fills when needed (training provided).
- Jump in where needed — teamwork is essential at Wayside.
Weekly Bonus Opportunity
When our Service Advisors earn their weekly bonus, this role is eligible to earn a bonus equal to 25% of the average Service Advisor bonus, provided role expectations are met.
You’re not selling — but when you help the shop run efficiently, you share in the success.

Schedule & Requirements:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Valid driver’s license with insurability.
- Able to be on your feet throughout the day.
- Able to lift up to ~50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment.
